    Woah! I own, like, no raw cookbooks but have always wanted to cook raw foods. You know. Besides a pile of bland vegetables(not to say raw veggies arn’t delicious 🙂 )

    The husband made black bean burgers on jalapeno buns with homemade chipotle ketchup and stone ground mustard aioli and sweet potato fries last night. Sooo good!

    Wing-It Vegan’s Eureka brownies. I made them Thursday … and Saturday. There are only 4 left. I even blogged about them. They are made of heaven.

  17. I haven’t made any of the recipes posted here but the other night I took some of my homemade seitan and cooked it in an Indian curry sauce. I was out of Coconut milk so used almond milk instead. It was a veganized version of Bal Arneson’s South Indian Style Chicken. http://www.cookingchanneltv.com/recipes/chicken-south-indian-style-recipe/index.html

    I’ve even put up a few pics on my blog.

    In keeping with Dr. Fuhrmans Six Week Challenge I’m heading more and more in a raw direction.

    Too bad only 9 days left of Vegan Mofo. We need a Vegan Yofo.
